David Lawrence is a Broker Associate with The Paradise Luxury Group, based in Estero, Florida. Originally from Richmond, Virginia, he attended Hampden-Sydney College and Virginia Commonwealth University before spending several years in the hospitality industry. In 1994, David transitioned into the document management sector, where he built a highly successful 24-year career in outside sales. During this time, he consistently earned recognition for excellence, including multiple President’s Club awards, and spent over a decade as a Regional Branch Manager serving the Charlottesville, Virginia area.
In late 2012, David and his wife Bobbie, a Registered Nurse, purchased a second home in Southwest Florida, a region they quickly grew to love. Drawn by the warmer climate, coastal lifestyle, and proximity to the Gulf of Mexico, they made Florida their permanent residence in 2015. This move marked a pivotal career transition for David, who entered the real estate industry and became a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker within two years.
David is known for his adaptability, leadership, and unwavering commitment to client service. His background in sales and management, combined with a customer-focused approach, allows him to deliver a high level of professionalism and results for both buyers and sellers. Today, in partnership with the Realty One MVP and the Paradise Luxury Group, David actively represents clients throughout Southwest Florida, offering trusted guidance whether they are purchasing a primary residence, investing, or selling a property.
David and Bobbie currently reside on the water in Punta Gorda with their two cats, Jake and Abby. In their free time, they enjoy sailing aboard their boat, Abide. He joined the company in 2013, armed with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management & Marketing from Florida Gulf Coast University. During his time at university, Hunter co-founded No Cargos LLC, an online retailer of collegiate apparel brands, which has honed his technology and marketing skills.
Hunter is a native of Saint Petersburg, Florida and currently resides in Estero with his family.
